The event that lasted entire day from 11 am was attended by hundreds. Everybody seemed to be enjoying the event throwing colors at each other. There was food and lots of dancing as well. The members of Indreni Cultural Association definitely did a great job in organizing a such a grand event and bringing our community members together.

The event began with distributing certificates of appreciation to the founding members of NST along with other volunteers who have been part of NST’s activities. Then followed the cultural program with performances by popular Nepali artists like Sapana Shree, Yam Baral, Narayan Tripathi along with various local talents, dancing in traditional Nepali songs. The event was ended with drawing of the NST fund raising raffle.

Night in Houston, Texas on Sunday, September 26, 2010.

The event featured famous Nepali models Sarah Gurung (1st runner up, Miss Nepal 2004 and Ms. Asia Pacific) and Bimina Ranjit (Miss ANA 2008) along other ANA Models. The event was hosted by Sunita Sanjyal from Dallas and featured dresses designed by Pratikchhya Shrestha along with DJ night by DJ Gorkhali Khatri.

The event that started a little late lasted until 2 am as planned. This Fashion extravaganza was first event by InStyleNepal, a Nepali event management group, and was a huge success.

The event that lasted for nine hours from 11am to 8pm saw a huge crowd of Nepalis gathered at the park in Euless and was full of fun activities like volleyball tournament, traditional Nepali dances, songs, poem recitals, musical chairs, tug-of-war and so on.

The event was organized as a fund raiser for construction of Nepali Cultural Center and two temples in DFW Metroplex on the recently bought land by NCSC.

The event that lasted for about three hours was participated by approximately 100 people. Tika Paudel brought everybody together and was supported by other members of the community who brought in food and other supplies. Everybody seemed to be enjoying the food and the nice weather. Overall, it was a very successful event and all credit goes to the organizers from Euless viz. Kedar KC, Shiva Adhikari, Tika Paudel, Badri Karki, Basu Shrestha and others.
