Anupam Kher Performing in Kathmandu For Charity

Renowned Indian actor Anupam Kher, will be performing a play at a charity event in Nepal. Organized by Koseli School and being managed by We Fear Silence (WFS) Events and Services, the show is scheduled to be held at Army Officers’ Club, Sundhara, on August 22.

Well known for his versatile acting skills, Kher will also be sharing his journey to stardom with his share of ups and downs through the play. The 59-year-old actor is currently busy with his television talk show ‘The Anupam Kher Show’ on Colors TV. Kher is especially praised for his roles in films like ‘Daddy’, ‘Dil’ and ‘Saransh’ and has also starred in English film Bend It Like Beckham.

The organizer of the event, Koseli School in Tinkune, is a center for slum and street children, and helps empower them through education. There are currently 120 children in the school.

Tickets are priced at Rs 8,000, 5,000, 3,000 and 1,500. All the proceeds from the show will be used as beneficiary to the students of Koseli School.
