Apabad is a highly anticipated upcoming Nepali movie directed by Subash Koirala featuring actors Raj Ballav Koirala, Nisha Ashikari, Rabi Giri and Bijaya Giri as the main characters. The movie is set to be released on May 18th in Nepal and the United States simultaneously.
The movie is being screened at different cities in the United States by Underground Talkies, Nepal in association with various local organizations.
The movie will be screened in Dallas by HamroDallas on May 18th and 19th at the FunAsiA theaters in Irving. An event was organized by HamroDallas.com at Himalayan Aroma in Irving on April 29th to give out information about the screening of the movie in Dallas.

About the movie
Apabad is a contemporary story of thousands of youth of middle class families. It is an instance of belligerence of two different schools of thoughts – one being the conventional thought which plays by the rules of social dogmas and another more sophisticated and raw in nature, guided by freewill. Apabad is the story of anguish of an individual and his inevitable braking away towards hysteria; it shows the consequence of choices that people make in utter dismay. It justifies the thought, “when there is nothing left to burn you have to set yourself on fire.”
