Australia Defeats Neighbour New Zealand, Becomes 5-Time Cricket World Champs

Australia has become five-time Cricket world champion after beating New Zealand in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. Michael Clarke led Australia to a seven-wicket victory over their neighbouring first-time finalist in front of a crowd of 93,013 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground with a half century.

Clarke (74) and Steve Smith (56 not out), the current and the likely future captain, spearheaded the Australian cricket team to the winning target of 184 in the 34th over to capture its fifth World Cup title.
