Humans of New York Blogger Stanton To Visit Nepal

For those who frequently visit his blog and Facebook page, Brandon Stanton is the blogger of Humans of New York where he shares portraits of strangers he comes across and their stories while keeping their anonymity intact. Stanton is currently on a world tour as part of the promotional effort for the UN’s Millennium Development Goals. He will be travelling to 11 countries in 50 days. He has already been to Iraq, Jordan, Israel, Congo, Uganda, Kenya, South Sudan and Ukraine and is in India at the moment after which he’ll be paying Nepal a visit too!

What sets him apart from a plethora of photo bloggers around the globe is that when he puts up pictures along with their stories, he avoids putting any kind of message in the work even if it is a positive or optimistic message. The 30-year-old photographer simply approaches random people and tries to tell their story in as honest and genuine a way as he can.

Now a global phenomenon with spectacular works, Brandon Stanton is more than welcome to Nepal where he will surely find many amazing stories from our diverse cultures to share with the world.
