Good Maker- let’s make good happen has come up with a challenge. This summer, they’re letting projects/ideas dedicated to creating social change to be shared and are granting $5,000 to the one that receives maximum number votes online.
From Nepal, The Music Foundry has participated in the challenge through The Epitome Project. The overall idea of this initiative is that Nepal needs more original music. Hence, they want to give three Nepali bands/songwriters the opportunity to create original songs and perform live twice a month. 3 independent bands + 3 summer months + 3 new songs per band per month = 9 original songs for The Epitome Project.
So do vote for the project if you want to support the positive change in Nepali music. The Epitome project is currently ranking at #2.
