After the success of the album “Yatra”, music greats Deep Shrestha, Yogendra Mani Dahal and Raju Singh have once again collaboratively released the album “Yatra-2″. The set, which has a total of eight songs, was launched on July 15 at Anmol Catering, New Baneshwore amidst various artistes guests and media personalities.
Similar to the previous effort, the new album consists of solo lyrics by Dahal and solo music composition of Singh and all the songs have been performed by Shrestha. They cover genres from Adhunik to pop music. Some notable tunes from the disc are “Badal Haru” and “Timro Ankhama”.
Speaking during an interview for an FM station, famed lyricist Dahal and musician Singh expressed that they are very proud of themselves for getting to work with Shrestha whom they’d been listening to since their early days.
