A fundraising walkathon was organized at Wagon Wheen Park in Copell, Texas on May 31, 2015 in Coppell. The event was hosted by Nepalese Women of DFW, in collaboration with Nepalese Society of Texas, to show love, support and solidarity with the victims of devastating earthquakes in Nepal. Several hundred people from all walks of life attended the event. All proceeds from the fundraiser will be sent to Nepal for supporting the ongoing rebuilding efforts.
