He had been brought to Pokhara after his treatment was not possible in Myagdi Hospital and Baglung Hospital.

A second grader at Prakash Higher Secondary School in Beni, Myagdi district headquarters, Shrestha was severely thrashed by Khan after he caught Shrestha eating biscuits with Khan´s son Mustafa, who had picked IRs 10 from his meat shop, according to the victim´s uncle Deepak Shrestha.

The HIV-infected boy from Arthunge VDC-1 was living with his uncle after his parents died of infection.

“We brought the injured nephew to Pokhara after taking to other hospitals and he breathed his last at the Intensive Care Unit this morning,” Deepak said.

He had sustained injuries in the throat, back and heart and the uncle claimed that Aslam even gave some money to garner around Rs 60,000 spent in the failed treatment.
