Nepal’s Second Time Defeat At The ACC U-16 Elite Cup

Nepal has lost its chance of winning the ACC U-16 Elite Cup Cricket title second time in a row on May 13, Sunday. Nepal was defeated by host Malaysia by one wicket at the Kinrara cricket Ground in Kuala Lumpur.

Stunning half century innings from Opener Virandeep Singh guided Malaysia towards the victory. Malaysia successfully chased the target of 118 runs losing nine wickets in 39.1 overs. Earlier, winning the toss Nepal was bowled out for 117 runs in 33 overs.

In the last edition in 2010, Nepal lost to Singapore in the final.
