The event was abuzz with the who’s who of Kathmandu, most notably the newly crowned Miss Nepal ’13 Ishani Shrestha, first runner-up Rojina Shahi Thakuri and second runner-up Shritima Shah and former Miss Nepal and media personality Malvika Subba. It was organised by International Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd (IMS), the authorized national distributor of Samsung mobile phones in Nepal.

As mentioned in the press release, the beauty of Samsung Galaxy s4 is the highly crafted design encompassing a larger screen size and longer battery power, minimized bezel and a slim shape. The phone is slimmer yet stronger and the very model is available in two colours. – Black Mist and White Frost.

During the S4 launch, Deepak Malhotra, the Chairman of IMS, announced the formation of DM Foundation, a philanthropic humanitarian services. The foundation will initially receive Rs 1000 from the sales of every S4 smartphone. In times to come, the fund accumulated with the DM Foundation will be used to provide help and assistance to the differently abled, aged and destitute as well as victims of natural disasters.
