Speeding Ambulance Kills Two

Two persons were killed by a speeding ambulance when it hit the motorbike they were riding on in Satdobato on Sunday morning (April 8). The accident took place in front of Patan Industrial Corridor.

17-year-old motorcyclist Sakhundole Khadka of Imadole died on the spot. Meanwhile, critically injured pillion rider Roshan Karki, who was undergoing treatment at Patan hospital, gave in to injuries later, reports police. Both of them happened to be the 11th graders in Caspian Valley College.

In the aftermath of the incident, locals and relatives of the victims staged demonstration protesting against the incident in the Satdobato and Lagankhel-Kumaripati area obstructing the regular flow of vehicles.
