The ongoing construction of a building of a primary school in Nepal has been brought to a halt after being threatened by the Indian border security force. The construction was underway at Tribhuvanbasti-3 of Kanchanpur in the Nepali territory located some 700 meters from border pillar nos. 199 and 200.
