ANA Texas Chapter presents All Nepalese Soccer Tournament

ANA Texas Chapter is organizing an open All Nepalese soccer Tournament in Grapevine Texas on June 15th and 16th, 2013. The tournament has cash prize of $1000 to the winner and $500 to the runner-up — sponsored by TexasNepal, Discount Beer & Wine Irving and Vastika.

Rules and Regulations

The entire games in the tournament would be conducted according to the latest FIFA rules and regulations (www.FIFA.com). 
The Organizing committee has right to make the final decision if any team fails to follow the rules and regulations of the game anytime during the tournament.

Fundamental policy and Regulations:

The first round games are of 25 minutes each half. The semifinal round starts of 35 minutes each half and the final 45 minutes each half. 
A team shall consist of 20 players in the roaster, 11 players on the field with unlimited and multiple substitutes.

Identification of every player would be in the roaster in order to play the game. Team 
Players in the field should be fully equipped with team uniform, acceptable footwear, and shin guards. Any kind of Jewelries and metal studs cleats are prohibited in the field. 
If both the teams jersey color clash, the team register at first would have first precedence to make the choice. 
No foreign players will be allowed to play. One player can only play from one team. Teams are required to be at the designated field at least 15 minutes prior to their start- time. 
Teams not showing up after 10 minutes of the proposed start-time will automatically forfeit. (Forfeit final score line will be 1-0)
The officials’ decision in the field would be the final decision. 
Any team will be disqualified in case of fights or other misbehaviors. The Organizing Committee will have the final decision in such case.

*Management decision is the final decision & has the right to make changes if needed.
