Bangladeshi National With 25 Nepali Passports Arrested From TIA

The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police arrested a Bangladeshi national for being involved in purchasing Nepali passport.

Bangladeshi national Mohammad Delawar Hussan was carrying 25 Nepali passports when he was arrested from Tribhuvan International Airport on June 27.

Hassan had reportedly paid Rs 300,000 for each of them, according to police on Tuesday (July 15, 2014).

He had purchased the Nepali passports with the help of Kamal Prasad Sapkota, owner of KL Manpower Agency.

Nepalnews reports Sapkota and his accomplices were arrested and presented before the court of law, which released them on bail, added the police.
