Guys, do not let pizzas be a part of fantasy just because you are living in a myth that pizzas are unhealthy and lead to fatness and obesity. How healthy or unhealthy is a pizza depends on what you are putting on your pizza. Pizzas can be as healthy or unhealthy as you make it.

It is likely that majority of us enjoy eating pizzas. Pizza is a great choice for parties, for quick meals and is also considered to be absolutely delicious. Of course, pizza can be a junk if not eaten properly. But any pizza would do no harm if eaten on special occasions or once a week with friends or just for enjoying the taste.

We do not typically think of pizza as a component of healthy diet. But , here we go , all we need to make our pizzas healthy are:

1.Go for flat bread crusts or whole wheat crusts.

2.Try cutting down on the amount of cheese. Cheese is after all good for health but too much of anything can be bad sometimes.

3.Toppings are the things that make the pizza. This is where we either make a healthy or unhealthy pizza. While choosing toppings, vegetables are the way to go. Choose your pizza based on the toppings that are on it.

Meat is the easiest way to make the pizza unhealthy. Never opt for greasy processed meat. Instead, go for red-onions, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli or whatever of your choice.

So guys, lets load our pizzas with vegetables, and we are ready to get , set , GO.
