The Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) under the Department of Transportation in the United States of America (USA) is soon launching this provision to be started from the first week of October. The local civic leader and Non-Resident Nepali Association, Maryland Chapter had been lobbying for the same for some time.
HB Bhandari, who is associated with the largest youth-led political organization in the USA under the Democratic Party- Young Democrats of America, termed this provision an ‘important achievement’ for the Nepali speaking community in the USA.
