Hero 16th Hits FM Music Awards, 2069 took place on January 18 (Magh 5), Friday at Nepal Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali. Who’s who from the entertainment biz and business field gathered together as the best artistes/bands were announced victorious of 19 categories.
An event to honour all Nepali music artistes, the 14th Annual Tuborg Image Award took place successfully on October 6 at Army Officers’ Club Hall, Sundhara. Renowned lyricist, Yadav Kharel, was presented with the Image Lifetime Achievement Award.
After the success of ‘Yatra’, collaboration album ‘Yatra-2’ was launched on July 15. Similar to the previous effort, the new set consists of solo lyrics by Yogendra Mani Dahal while Raju Singh has handled the solo music composition and legendary singer Deep Shrestha has performed all the songs.
